Next season\u2019s accessories cannot do without the most shimmering and glamorous details and become essential both to enliven a night out in style and to enrich the most basic outfits with sparkling details, even during the day. <\/p>\n

For this reason, Schmid\u2019s new 2020-2021 Fall\/Winter collection<\/strong> features fabrics with a silky and velvety touch yet with a decidedly exuberant feel: extremely thin glitter bases, embroidered meshes, pleated knitwear, satins and stretch velvets. One common thread: lurex<\/strong>. This material shines again in Schmid\u2019s collection, matched with houndstooth or camouflaged<\/i> jacquards and tweeds. <\/p>\n

Versatility, elegance, resistance and great aesthetic impact. The fabrics are strongly oriented to brightness and add luxury and sophistication to bases that are already important and rich in themselves: such as Daister<\/strong>, a pale print on fine glitter; Quebec<\/strong>, a thermoformed velvet with polka dots drawings; or Major<\/strong>, a lurex jacquard featuring a camouflaged<\/i> and multicolour pattern. <\/p>\n

Particular technical prowess is shown in the embroideries of abstract flowers on twist threads, such as the Oleandro<\/strong> mesh, or the flock prints on thin glitter that create a velvet-like effect, such as Gardenia<\/strong>. <\/p>\n
